The ZUGFERD module from i-effect can process electronic invoices in both COMFORT and EXTENDED formats. Data can be imported and generated in both formats.
In connection with the processing of this data, the attachments and .xml data contained in a ZUGFeRD PDF file are automatically extracted and converted to the database interface. For outgoing data, the generated .xml file and the existing or generated PDF file are automatically merged.
In addition, an automatic check for compliance with standards is performed, during which a test report is generated that verifies the correct structure of the generated or imported data.
If an error occurs while processing the data, the test report may not be generated. In this case, you can view the error report for the session. This report displays the internal logs for the affected session number.
The following requirements must be met in order to use the module
The mappings and schema files for the desired formats must be imported.
The *ZUGFERD subsystem must be started.
The interfaces must be filled for outgoing data.
