Customizing ZendServer Codepage

After ZendServer installation, the appropriate code page for the Apache web server must be set up in the configuration menu on the green screen. This is necessary, for example, to ensure that all special characters in the server side message texts are displayed correctly in the logbook.

In the ZendServer menu, select the item 80 Configurations and select option 2 Set Zend Server Language/CCSID environment.

Here the two lowest entries (CGIJobCCSID and DefaultFsCCSID) must be set to the code page corresponding to your system. For example, for a German system to 273.

To activate this selection, the Zend server must be restarted once. To do this, select options 2 and 1 in the ZendServer main menu.
