Exemplary troubleshooting

No file was created

If a session runs without errors but no file is created, this could be due to the existing data records in ZF2INVHT. The errors HTNAPPREF and HTSTATE in particular should be checked. HTNAPPREF should be filled with the correct profile for the mapping called ('basic', 'comfort', 'extended'). HTSTATE should be empty if the data record is to be processed.

Error during validation against the XML definition (XSD)

If the created XML cannot be validated, the following message will appear in the logbook:

In this case, messages should be found in the error report, which are structured as follows:

This is an example excerpt from possible error messages.

"Line: 81" refers to the line in which the error occurs in the faulty file. "Expected element" indicates the absence of a required XML element, which is then named (here: SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement). This is followed by the name of the element that was actually found.

To find the missing information in the database, please refer to the official documentation, which can be found at https://www.ferd-net.de/. You can now search for "SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement" in this documentation:

Under (1) you will find the name of the XML element you are looking for, along with a technical term (2) and a description and cardinality (3). Due to its cardinality, this element is required and must be filled with data. To find the correct database field(s), you can search for the technical term (2) in this manual:

Now fill in the required field(s) and restart processing.
