Switching language of MapGui

If you want to change the i-effect MapGui language you need to edit the i-effect MapGUI.ini.

The existing ini file should look like this:

Please add the following lines to change language to english:

-vmargs
-Duser.language=en 
-Duser.country=US

Without these lines to default language of the MapGui is German.
