Quick search

This field between menu bar and table allows a quick search within the data set without opening the filter settings.

The quick search is case sensitive and searches for entries that start with the entered search term. If the searched term is in the middle of a column, %SEARCH TERM% must be entered. If the searched term is at the end of a column, %SEARCH TERM is entered.

If the search is executed with this field, all existing filters are deactivated. The search is started by pressing enter or by clicking the magnifying glass symbol. The search options can be deleted with the delete-symbol on the right. Is the quick search active, it will be automatically deactivated as soon as a filter or the filter settings are loaded.

Loaded filters can be reset by clicking on the delete icon of the quick search without opening the filter menu.
